How to pair an old Versa to both an iphone and ipad.

Can anyone help a complete novice?

I have my versa paired with my iphone but don't know how to pair it with an ipad. 

How do I pair the ipad?

I presume there should be no problem pairing to both the phone and ipad?

You can’t connect the watch to two devices at the same time since Bluetooth on the watch only connects to one device at a time but you can still download the Fitbit app on iPad. I have my Fitbit Versa 2 connected to my IPad and it works fine.

@FaultFinder , Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience. 

@dropmike Nice to see you here. As our friend FaultFinder mentioned you can have the Versa paired with just one mobile device to receive notifications and other features, as the connection is via Bluetooth. 

But if you want to sync the Versa with either of the devices (iPad or iPhone), you can do it, just make sure that the other device is not near or the Bluetooth is off. 

Also to keep the Fitbit app updated on both devices and that you are logged in on both devices
