How to pair my Versa with my iPad?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I set up my versa I used my dad’s iPhone so I paired it to his phone, but now I am using my iPad and I want to have my iPad paired to my versa so that I can get my notifications not his. Is there anyway I can repair my versa?

Thanks Cara

Hi @cliddle go into your dad's bluetooth settings on his phone and unpair your versa. With it removed from his phones bluetooth list it should then pair happily with your ipad. If it still wont you might have to get out of range of his bluetooth or turn his bluetooth off when you want to sync, but that will stop you getting his notifications anyway!

@cliddle It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persist or if your Versa stopped receiving notifications from your dad's phone after following the great steps that shared my friend @NellyG.
