Has anyone on here ever needed their Fitbit Versa screen to be replaced due to a crack?

I regret to hear that your Fitbit Versa screen is cracked. Currently, there is no reparation center to fix damaged Fitbit products or to replace the screen. I noticed that you've been in touch with Customer Support recently. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to provide a high level of support as soon as possible.
