Hello Everyone, I thought I would post this here as I finally fixed the notifications for text for my versa 2 in hopes to help and possible save others some frustration. After following ALL suggested troubleshooting steps, the one that finally fixed it was going into settings, notifications, text message on my iPhone....I noticed show previews was set to never...which is weird because I always get previews on my phone....I set it to when unlocked default and my wrist instantly started buzzing with text notifications. So if anyone has tried everything like I did please check this setting.

Hi, I feel very frustrated my main purpose was get text messages while I’m working out I have tried all and I feel totally disappointed thank you if it’s any advice I will appreciate it

Thanks for your post and the feedback that was shared, if I was in your position I'll be frustrated as well. To move forward with this, can you please let me know which iPhone are you using? Did you tried the steps that were shared on this thread? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Thank you finally got it! Could you please help me understand that Look like what I track in my watch don’t show to my Fitbit app on my phone example I worked out yesterday I had my watch and I started going at the end didn’t show up on my phone app. I’m new using smart watches and sometimes language barrier to read forums thank you

For a better understanding of the issue you're experiencing with your device, can you please let me know in which way do you track your exercise? Do you track the activity directly from the Exercise app of your watch or with the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature? More details will be appreciated.
