Hi,
Is there a way for me to restart my Versa 3? It's tracking my HR when I'm not wearing it, and I also can't get in to the settings app from the watch screen. If I click on it, it just doesn't do anything so I can't reset that way. I've tried changing the clock face to see if that helped but it did nothing.
When I hold the "button" on the left side, it just pops up for me to set up voice assistant, I'm confused as to how I'm supposed to be able to restart the device? Any advice?

Hi @KT1821 - to restart your watch, hold the watch button continuously for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
However if Settings isn't working you will probably need to do a factory reset using the button. For that, chat with customer support via the Fitbit App Help & support option.
