How to restore a previously purchased clock face

I recently did the firmware update for my Fitbit Versa and lost the clock face that I loved. It was a purchased clock face and I don't know how to get it back.

Hi @LCA-versa 

 

Do you know the name of it?  If so, you could search or look for it under clock faces.  On the phone app, tap on your profile in the upper corner of the today screen, tap on your Versa in the devices section, tap on clock faces, tap on all clocks, if you know the name of the clock face you can use the search function at the top, another option would be to look through the clock faces until you recognize it.

 

The easiest option would be to go to kiezelpay.com, select purchase history, enter the email address you used for your purchase, tap start purchase lookup, you will get an email sent to that email address which allows you to look up your purchases so you can locate the name of the clock face so you can search for it in the clock faces in the Fitbit app.
