So I bought my Versa from Kohls - it doesn't work - super disappointed. Do I return it to Kohl's or send it back to Fitbit? Anyone know? I've had Fitbit products for many, many years and I'm so disappointed in the Fitbit Versa that I'm contemplating spending an extra $200 and getting an Apple watch.

@tanis721 I would recommend taking it back to Kohls. I bought mine from Fitbit's website and called support because my Versa doesn't work also. They have me going through hoops troubleshooting the watch. I rather just return it since it doesn't work. They won't exchange it till I run a series of tests.

If you can return it to the retailer you will get your money back quicker, likely a couple of days. When I returned one of my FitBits to FitBit, it took almost two weeks for a refund.

For a return of your $$, go to Kohls.
To get a replacement, send to FitBit.
For those saying that FitBit is making you jump through hoops before returns, you are allowed to return to FitBit for any reason within their stated timeline; but you will be responsible for shipping fees. If you hope to get FitBit to pay for the shipping on a return, you must jump through the FitBit "support" hoops.
Buying from a retailer is actually much easier on the returns issues. 🙂
Good Luck

I also purchased from Kohls & will most likely be returning the Versa due to the multiple issues & inaccuracies I'm experiencing. If there was a single issue that Fitbit was correcting then it might be worth waiting for the fixes. Fitbit seems to believe the users are the error. I think it's time to go back to my reliable Blaze.

I bought mine through Fitbit store at Amazon and was told to email the retailer (I mean, them... LOL). I've been reading other posts and believe that a refund will be feasible through Kohls, in your case.
Fitbit still need to do some testing (which is taking centuries) before they can truly confirm that Versa failed the market.
Good luck!

I'm returning my Versa back to Amazon. They have a shorter return period. I'm super dissaponted in the watch and the price and the HR monitor is very inaccurate. What a waste.

You would need to talk to Khol's about that, since that's where you got the Versa, initially.

Watch how long fitbit support keeps you jumping through hoops... they dragged me on an on until I was past the standard timeframes that they allow refunds. I had purchased from fitbit directly. Every time I was on with support, I inquired about a refund. "Oh let's try this first..." or "try that next". I was sent 3 replacements for a total of 4 devices that did not work. So, after this back and forth hoop jumping, they tell me "no refund, you are past the return window." WHAT!!! I feel they use this tactic so they don't have to give as many refunds. I was able to get a full refund in the end. However any time I have posted how I managed to get it, the moderators delete the post. If anyone wants to know how I convinced them to refund my money you can private message me and I will tell you.
My advice to everyone, return it quickly if you are still able. Dont keep it long enough you have to fight for the refund. Dont jump through their hoops. It only creates problems for you later on if they can't make your Versa work correctly. Or as in my case, they couldn't make 4 Versas work correctly.

Hi,
Did Amazon accept your return even after using the Fitbit? I would like to return mine as well to Amazon.

I have had my Versa since Christmas. I noticed the time on it was wrong. Then I realized it wasn't syncing. July 31 was rebthe Iast sync.ooted my phone, I rebooted my Fitbit, I factory reset my Fitbit, I removed my Fitbit from my phone, my car stereo from my phone tried, to re-add the Fitbit, and now my phone can't find it. So there's some sort of Bluetooth issue with my Versa. I want my charge to back with that one broke after 3 years.

Got my Versa 2 for Christmas. It is not pairing well with my IOS13....
I have to sync it everyday...
Today it said I walked 7,000+ miles when I actually rode in a car 6 hours...
Can I return it with receipt to Kohl’s?
