I down loaded the photograph app but all my pictures are side ways. I have tried different pictures  but the are all side ways. hlHow do I rotate my pictures?

Look in the setting of the photo app. 

Your photo and Exif disagree. 

Check the settings in the unknown photo app.

I am having a similar issue. When I load the photo it shows up as blurry and if I choose another size it just rotates it.

Check for a third party app to rotate the photo.
