How to see speed after a run?

I have the fitbit versa, and have used it for running. I would like to see my speed after the run, but all Ican see is the pace? Can Iconvert the pace into km/h, or are there any settings I can change?

I don't believe that is an option, probably because runners are usually more interested in pace
