how do I change the location on my weather app?

On the phone app tap on your profile photo (top left) which will bring you to the device settings page. Tap on your device tile and this will bring you to the device options. Tap on the Apps tile. Scroll down to find Weather and tap on the gear icon. This should bring up the options to add/change location.
