How to set Active Minutes alerts on Versa 2?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

On the Charge 3, I set daily goal for 10 Active Mins so I get watch notifications when I reach 10 mins, 20 mins, 30 mins, 40 mins, 50 mins and so on.

On Versa 2, I get one notification for 10 Zone mins and that's it. When I reach 20 mins or 30 mins etc there's no alert.

Anyone know how to change the settings to recreate on Versa 2?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @DJ-General.

Thank you for the information provided.

I would like to clarify, the Fitbit Charge 3 tracks Active Minutes and the Fitbit Versa 2 tracks Active Zone Minutes.

- You earn Active Minutes through 10 minutes or more of continuous moderate-to-intense activity.

- You earn Active Zone Minutes for time spent in the fat burn, cardio, or peak heart-rate zones.

If you are not receiving Active Zone notifications, please turn them on by following the instructions in this article.

There is no option to set the Versa 2 to track Active Minutes. There is a Feature Suggestion called "Allow us to choose between "Active minutes" or "Active zone minutes". You are welcome to vote and if there is any update it will be communicated as soon as possible.

You misunderstand the question.

Posting again because this question is NOT about active vs zone minutes.

I'm talking about the celebration message for your daily goal.

If my daily goal is 5,000 steps: On the Charge 3 I receive a celebration when I hit 5,000 steps AND 10,000 steps.

On the Versa 2, I receive a celebration alert for making 5,000 steps but nothing when I double it and reach 10,000 steps.

Instead of Steps I may set my daily goal to be Minutes.

So the question is how to set the Versa 2 to receive those added alerts when you double and triple your daily goal. -- (like the Charge 3)

Thank you for your response, @DJ-General.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

It is true that Fitbit Charge 3 notifies you when you reach your goal more than once, however the Fitbit Versa 2 doesn't come with this feature. You are welcome to make a request in the Feature Suggestion board which is constantly monitored by our engineering team for future implementations.

See you around.
