can you setup a versa lite on an IPhone 14?  Having all kids of issues

Hi @caccat - there can be issues when changing phones.

 

If you have the Fitbit App on your iPhone 14 it should be possible to set it up.

Hi there, @caccat welcome to the Fitbit community. @Guy_ Thank you so much for your help here, much appreciated.  

While I was reading your post, I was trying to figure out what could be happening that is not allowing you to finish setting up your Versa Lite. I thought that maybe you may have an old device still paired to your Fitbit account. In some cases, this can cause problems with the connection between devices.

If that is the case, let's try removing the old device and then setting up your Versa Lite. You can also refer to the article mentioned by Guy.
