How do I stop getting these? It's the same messages at the same time every day and there are so many of them!

I've been with Fitbit since the Ultra days and this will be my last device. It's too bad because I bought an Aria 1, got my mom a new Fitbit, and my partner has one, but him and I have been having issues nonstop this past year with our devices. Now with these software and app issues on top and seeing how backwards they've been going over the past 3'ish years, they're losing a lifelong customer.

@misiaxcore -

For iOS app users - I would think it would be the same for Android app users -

  • Tap the Account icon at the top left of the app's Today screen
  • Tap on Versa 2
  • Scroll down and tap on "Health & Wellness Reminders"
  • Turn off what you don't want - the message in your post's photo is "Nutrition" - "Stay hydrated"

Good luck.

There's no "Health & Wellness Reminders" that I can find anywhere in the app.

Ahhh, another difference between the apps. Sometimes Android users get the "good stuff" and sometimes iOS users get it.

Just another inconsistency here in "FitBit Land".

May I suggest posting something on the Android app board pointing out what the iOS app has and if there is something similar in the Android app that you may have missed? Feel free to either capture the image I posted and use it or reference my post.

Good luck.

For my Versa 2 this option is NOT showing. I recently bought my mom an Inspire 2 and the setting shows in her Andoird app.... Why not Versa 2?
