How to stop screen lighting up at night

Hi. 

Does anyone know if I can stop versa from lighting up at night? The light, even if display is dimmed, is quite disturbing.

You can stop some of it by turning off "screen wake" by pressing and holding the left button when on the clock. This gives you an option to switch Screen Wake to Manual so it shouldn't come on when you move your arm at night. However, it might still come on some times if the screen is touched.
