How to stop vibration with "Look Alive"

My watch often vibrates around 7:55 p.m. and says "look alive" it does the same about 10 mins later. Sometimes, however, it continues to do this every 5 mins or so. How can I get it to stop? I go to bed early and I don't want to "look alive" at 8:00 p.m.

@MartieP That means you have an alarm set up for this hour and 10 min is a snooze. Please take a look at  this help article to manage the alarms.

Hello,

I have had the Versa 2 since February. I used to wake up for work at 6:45 so I set my very first alarm on my Versa for 6:45am every day.

Since then, I do not need to wake up at that time any longer. I deleted the alarm on my Versa. I do not have any alarms set on my Versa at all....but still, at 6:45am every day (even on weekends now) the alarm goes off and says "look alive"

How do I get this to stop?

Best Answer

Same! But mine is 8 AM everyday! How do you make it stop? I have no alarms set.

@tanyamd Thank you for joining us in this thread. Please restart your Fitbit Versa as described in this help article and see if it stops vibrating randomly.

Hope this helps.

The answer didn't help at all! I am so frustrated this alarm keeps ringing at 6:15 every morning and then rings every 5 minutes after I went to the help page the best answer suggested it said to check my Alexa on my Versa to watch to see if I have an alarm set. I checked I have no alarms or reminders set why does it say look alive and wake me up every morning at 6:15!!

It says 'look alive' when wakes me up at 6:15 every morning. That just adds insult to injury!

I turn this LOOK ALIVE alert off via the Alexa app on my Fitbit Versa 2 face and by taping on this you’ll see a small click face in the top right hand corner.  Tap on the click icon and turn off alarm that has been on.

But what if no alarm is set?

Best Answer

I have no alarms set. I’ve even looked to see if there’s an Alexa alarm set. There’s not. I have several alarms on my phone, but none are set and none are for the time it went off. I’m bewildered.

I have no alarms set. Anywhere. This first happened to me tonight. My Versa is over 3 years old and it’s never happened before! Someone at Fitbit has to know something.
