Trying to figure out how I can read the reviews of apps before installing them. Also trying to figure out how to rate an app after installing it.

Hi @Rev_action. Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

 

It's great that you have the Versa 2 and let me help you with your questions. Currently we don't have a way to post or see a review for apps or clock faces in the Fitbit App Gallery, however I've found this similar request posted by another member in the Feature Suggestions board. You can check it out and add your vote to show your support.

 

Now, to rate an app or clock face you'll need to follow these steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app in your phone.
  2. Tap on your profile's icon > Versa 2 image.
  3. Then tap on Apps > My Apps and choose the one that you'd like to rate.
  4. Scroll down, choose the amount of starts that you want to give. Do the same to rate a clock face.
  5. You can change your selection by tapping on "Change".

 

Note that you can rate a clock face or app that has been installed in your watch.
