If I am giving my Versa to my daughter, how would we go about switching everything to her information? Using her own email account.

If your daughter is not yet 13, she cannot have her own Fitbit account, and can only have a child account in a family account with an Ace family tracker.
Another issue, does she have own phone or will her account be on your phone? If on your phone, she might get your notifications of texts, etc.
First, on your app logged into your account, do a sync to make sure all the data gets to your account. Then remove the Versa from your account via:
Profile pic > Versa > trash can icon at top right.
Log out of your Fitbit account. If your daughter does not yet have a Fitbit account, create an account for her with her email
and her data.
Then Profile pic > Set up a Device
