How to sync Fitbit to my xterra treadmill app?-Versa 2

I just recently got a xterra TRX7.5 treadmill. It states that I should be able to sync it with my fitbit. I cannot seem to get the 2 apps to link. I really would like to, as I notice that on my runs on the treadmill my distance is different than my fitbit. Anyone able to help? I saw a similar post with a Sole treadmill, however I didn't have the same options on the xterra app to do what it suggested. I have an iphone and/ or an ipad that I can use and have tried on.

In this case, I would recommend contacting Xterra customer support for instructions on how to link their app with Fitbit.

I am having the same issue. I have an Ionic paired to a Samsung. Cannot get Xterra app to link with Ionic app. Contacted Eterra. Their reply was:

"You'll have to Download the Xterra Fitness app. 
 
Then in your phone setting you will go to the app and click the allow on having it access the apps you use for workouts."

I have tried all similar actions many times and the apps still do not link.

Hello @Bailey5127 and welcome to the Community forum.  I don't own an Xterra, but I found some information on an Xterra Support page that looks different from what you were told.  It says you should be prompted to share a workout when you finish it.

I hope this helps, but you must understand that the sharing originates from Xterra.  Is there an Xterra forum like this one?
