How to sync Versa with PC and a dongle?

How to sync Versa with PC.  I cannot find where account is on the FB dashboard.  I have a dongle which did sync twice today, but says error code now.  I'm using my PC because it is virtually impossible to sync with Android and Samsung pad.

I had android problems and synced with my Win 10 pc a few days.  I used the built in bluetooth on my Acer laptop and it worked great.  Download and install the windows 10 fitbit app and go through the steps to add your Versa.  Good luck!

@Kfcrowe, as @Glennster mentioned, if your computer is running Windows 10, you can download the Fitbit app from Microsoft Store or follow this link. After installing it and plugging your dongle, you should be able to sync your Versa. If you're using Windows 8.1, you can download the Fitbit Connect software from the same page and use it to sync your watch.

I just got my dongle in the mail today and when I plugged it into the computer, it ran a firmware update. After the update was completed I tried to sync my Versa and it is saying that the tracker cannot be discovered. Can you help?
