My hubby has just treated me to the new versa. First time i wore to gym this morning where i did a run, i set it on my wrist and off i went but noticed it kept pausing, anyway i continued till end where i realised i didnt pop wifi on in the building so im thinking thats why it kept pausing??
Anyway ive come home and logged on my fitbit app to check my run and its not registed it on my phone but its on my versa...is this because of the wifi or do you not need your phone with you. Shouldnt it sync together?
Once i turned on the wifi it picked up all the other machines i used but just not the run..
Am i doing something wrong?
Any advice will be greatfull 🙂☺

Welcome aboard @Magic28! So in other words, your Versa keeps pausing your exercise, right? Your run, in this specific case, am I right? If so, well, let me explain to you that normally you need to use your phone if you are going to use the connected GPS feature, however, I guess you were not using this feature at the gym. Once you finish your exercise, you just need to sync your Versa and you'll be able to see your stats on your phone, however, most of them can be looked in the watch itself. If you have the "all day sync" option ON, as soon as you open the Fitbit app on your phone (if you have data plan) it will sync. If you have further questions about how to track your exercises on your watch, please review the following help article: How do I use exercise apps and modes on my Fitbit device?
Let me know if you have further questions!
