Hi, just received my new Versa as a Christmas present. I was able to set up notifications for Text, WhatsApp and also receive notifications for phone calls. However I cant set up my notifications for my Hotmail E-Mail account. When I go in my Fitbit App on my I-phone 6s, go to Notifications, there is no e-mail to enable.
When I go in to Settings on Mail on my I-Phone, look at Notifications, "Allow Notifications is enabled, when I tap Hotmail, allow Notifications is also enabled.
Can anyone please help.

@agh55 That's how it should look like. Just to confirm, you receive all other notifications but email? Try disabling Fitbit notifications (in the phone settings), rebooting the phone and re-enabling the notifications again. Also, try disabling and re-enabling the notifications for email in the Fitbit mobile app.

@agh55 Disable the notifications (both in your phone settings and fitbit mobile app), sync and re-enable them. Then send yourself an email so the notification for it pops up in your Notification Centre. Do not clear it. Open Fitbit mobile app, sync, go to Notifications and check if the email is listed.

Hi apologies for the delay in responding, just back from holidays. I have tried what you have suggested, I one stage further but still can’t get notifications of emails. When I open the Fitbit mobile app, go to Notifications, on this screen I have the following enabled,
calls
text messages
calendar events
when I tap App notifications, I have e mail enabled here.
When I go to settings in my I phone, notifications, Fitbit, allow notifications is enabled.
im still not getting e-mail notifications on my Versa, can please offer any further advice.
