How to transfer music from Mac to Versa 2

How do you transfer music from your Mac PC to your versa 2?? I am seeing everywhere to download the Fitbit Connect app from the app store onto my computer but as far as I can see this app doesn't exist.  If I click the shortcut for the app it just goes to the "sorry the page you are looking for isn't here" spot from fitbit.  I am getting pretty frustrated, I would really like to use this feature.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi @NA0886 you need to use the Fitbit desktop app to transfer music as the connect app doesn't really exist anymore.

I am having exactly the same problem after just buying the Versa 2 yesterday.  The link to fitbit app connect says "sorry this trail is broken", used a link to get the fitbit desktop app from another thread but it doesn't give the option to add Versa 2 as a new device.  Specifically picked Versa 2 to be able to download music from Spotify and after 3 hours still no luck even getting to the fitbit app on my mac.

I had to contact customer service. They sent me a new link and I was able
to download the fitbit desktop app onto my computer. They were really
quick to send it so maybe try that...

@416abbey   I know that this will give you a, "this doesn't make sense" feeling, but this is how the setup works.  You cannot add a Versa 2 to your account using Fitbit Connect.  You must use a compatible smartphone/tablet to add your Versa 2 to your account.  But you need Fitbit Connect to transfer personal music to your Versa 2.

For other users in other countries having trouble getting Fitbit Connect, do the following:

• Log in to your web account on fitbit.com using a browser
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and change your location to United States
• Now download Fitbit Connect
• Change your location back when you are done
