 Hi, 

 

This is a little bit stupid, but if you want to transfer music from your Mac/ iphone you go in circles. 

So, downloaded the FitBit Connect for Mac (macos high sierra) and basically is saying there is no option for Versa (last row in the app) directing you to Mobile Setup. 

Going to the Mobile (Iphone ) and saying go to your computer! A vicious circle that is making me loose any confidence over the products of this company.

I fixed it as a poster above mentioned.  Don’t use Facebook to log into your Fitbit you have to log in directly with your Fitbit credentials and then you can upload music.  However, I find I rarely listen to music on my Fitbit with headphones.  But if it would work with Spotify I’d be all in!
