How to turn off auto sync - Versa Lite 1 + Samsung Galaxy Note 10+

My battery is draining in less then a day. One of the suggestions is to turn off the auto synch via the toggle option in the Fitbit app. I do NOT have this toggle option in my app. Fitbit app version is 3.23. Watch firmware version 38.70.8.0.

My battery has dropped 25% in 2 hours this morning even though I have done the following

Quickview - OFF

notifications - OFF

screenview - DIM

Restart - tried it 4-5 times

hard shutdown and left off for 10 minutes

Have NOT done a factory reset yet

The "all day sync" option has been removed from the android app. Fitbit say:

"To improve your experience with notifications, syncing, and firmware updates, we removed the option to turn off all-day sync from the Fitbit app on Android phones. When your phone is near your Fitbit device with Bluetooth turned on, it periodically syncs with the Fitbit app to update your stats and download available firmware updates. More frequent syncing rarely, if ever, noticeably decreases your device’s battery life"

Not sure what to suggest for your battery issues.

Thanks for answering! Everything I've seen has mentioned the auto sync.
