How to turn off daily readiness

Can I turn off daily readiness calculations?  Ever since the update, it has been running the battery down fast.  I have a Pixel android phone

First, your Fitbit uses 3 key inputs to calculate your Readiness score: Heart rate variability (HRV), Recent sleep and Resting heart rate (RHR). All these inputs require to monitor your heart rate.
