How to turn off the Health & Wellness reminders?

This is in reference to the nutrition help and insights that appear on the watch itself, not the app. They buzz like a notification on my wrist and I have no use for them. I find them annoying. They seem to alIt also seems clearing them doesn't make them go away always. I had one reappear 3 times in 10 minutes even though I cleared them from the watch each time. I don't know what setting it is to turn them off. Help?

Hi @ppi0023. Welcome! It's good that the community is growing.

 

Thanks for letting me know about the reminders you've been receiving on your Versa 2. Also for the picture provided. I understand where you're coming from and to turn off those reminders, I'd recommend to follow these steps:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone and tap your your profile picture.
  2. Tap on your Versa 2 icon > Health & Wellness Reminders.
  3. In there you can choose the reminders that you want to receive on your watch.
  4. Sync your watch to save the changes.

 

Keep me posted with the outcome.
