After not syncing for a few days I removed the Versa 2 from the Fitbit app, but now it is impossible to connect again because I need to unlock the Versa 2 with the phone to get the 4 digits to resore it on the app. But it is no longer on the app, and therefore I can not unlock the Versa. Can anyone help me?

@ElseN Go back to the app settings and add device. Unless there's a malfunction somewhere, the app should find the Versa 2 and you can do the 4 digit handshake.

Hei. What do you mean by "you can do the 4 digit handshake"? The fitbit is locked.

@ElseN You removed the Versa 2 from your account. Now you would add it back. When the phone app sees the Versa 2, you will get a 4 digit code to enter.

From what I can find, that should only happen if you entered the wrong pin 10 times? How about this? https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2250.htm there is also a contact support link if that fails.
