So i need some help everyone.
I recently brought a fitbit versa and it locked itself saying that i need my phone to unlock it. Then i tried to change the pass code but said their was an error to connecting i turned my phone off completely and tried to do it again but failed. so i unpaired it from my device and now i can't pair back because i can't see the four digit code because the versa is locked. I keep on trying to factory reset the fitbit by holding down the button and then releasing the bottom right when the logo disappears but i never get a strong vibration to reset again. The watch has become useless for me and i am starting to become annoyed. If you have any suggestion please help me. thank you 🙂

if they now there is a problem then they are pathetic in following up reports made in relation to this problem. still no 'level 2' support as yet [whatever that means]

I'm having the exact same problem. Also waiting for technical support to get back in touch. I can't see any magical button press fixing it. It's going to be a warranty job.

I ended up returning the watch. I had no problem swapping. The new watch works great.

This worked for me on the 3rd attempt.
I was tensed after reading all the comments, but I gave it a try and was successful in resetting the Versa.
