I purchased a new Versace today - 😁
i had of all set up & working beautifully
I then tried to change band and it ended up having some missed pin attempts
it is now locked
watch says unlock with phone
wheb I go to phone app & to tomdebive blocked it will not accept my new password
so frustrating

its not working for me the article is not mentioning what is required to do when in the mobile app it doesn't show Lock Device.
so literally I can not do any thing with my versa and it is locked and cant unlock it.
pls do give me your recommendation

Hi I am using this device from last 1.5 years but from last 6-8 months i am not using this device.
I tried connecting this device now, but somehow fitbit removed my account. Now i need to setup versa again to start the device. But earlier i had locked the device with pin. Now it is asking me to unlock your device with phone and phone doesn't have device setup.
Now i am trying to setup my device again, i able to see the 4 digit pin on the device because everytime i get the pin on device it ask me to unlock you device with phone. I stuck in the cycle. Can someone please help me to resolve this issue.

Still having the same problem with it all these years later, and STILL WAITING for Fitbit to get back to me. Not happy with my purchase. No support on how to fix it. Am I likely to buy another one? Not likely. Still... I'd LOVE IT if someone ACTUALLY ANSWERED this question, rather than just having it posted on this product help forum and marking it 'Answered' when it's not.
I can't pair it to the phone because instead of displaying the PIN number, all it does is show on the screen the message 'Unlock with Your Phone'. Ummm... it's a bit hard to unlock with my phone WHEN IT'S NOT PAIRED TO IT!!!!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!
