I purchased a new Versace today - 😁
i had of all set up & working beautifully
I then tried to change band and it ended up having some missed pin attempts
it is now locked
watch says unlock with phone
wheb I go to phone app & to tomdebive blocked it will not accept my new password
so frustrating

Hi,
I cannot unlock my versa as I also was logged out from my fitbit account in my phone.
So, my versa is locked and says unlock from phone but my phone's account is gone and needs a code that the versa displays but because it is locked is not letting me open my account again through my phone and unlock my versa... Can you help me please?

You may want to write to FitBit admin via twitter , it shall take less than 7 hours , I got back at around 3 hours later. thing is if u have fitbit pay (with credit card added) it might need their help to reset for u and follow the instruction (detailed) they sent to u via email.

Thank you for sharing! I was going mad until I read your post. I tried everthing else, and yep - turned out I just had to enter my phone's lock pin number instead!

I have had a fitbit Versa since Dec 2018 which my wife got as a gift from her employer. It was working well till April when it locked me out and since then i have not been able to get it to work. My wife has been following with your support team but the response has been appalling despite giving all proofs of purchase and ownership, that she gave up. You guys keep thinking that it is a stolen device and hence locked me out even though all proofs have been submitted. But I still am hopeful that you can fix this.

I have the impossible mess. I changed the band, got locked. I then removed the credit card which apparently removed the phone from the app. I tried to reconnect with pin. Because I m locked, i can't access the pin. I can only access the clock screen.
