How to unlock fitbit versa that was sent to me

Have been having issue on how to get my fitbit unlock it been up to weeks have been trying to get it unlock pls is jus so useless to me, it was sent to  me and is on lock have try so many step BT still the same,  if I will want to connect it with my phone it will bring to input 4 digit code from the versa but is not showing because of the lock pls I need a solution to this

Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, please keep working with them.

@Adamson   You now need to go back to support either telephone or in chat.

Easiest & probably quickest resolution for you is to send FitBit back to person that gifted it to you to get them to do a full erase/factory reset. See page 62 user manual: 

 

Erase Versa.

 

If you want to give Versa to another person or wish to return it, first clear your personal data:

 

On Versa, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset.
