Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Vera 2 is saying I have to unlock it with my phone. After reading responses on this forum I see that it’s because i inputted my pin wrong 10 times.

When trying to unlock with my phone I managed to accidentally delete the Versa 2  from my list of devises (stupid).

So now it won’t let me unlock with the phone and won’t let me add it back to the app???

any help?

Hi @Saskiamay10. Welcome! It's good to see a new face around.

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa 2, and for your efforts while working on this situation. As you may know, to unlock your watch with your phone, it's required to have your watch paired and syncing with the Fitbit app. Since this isn't the case, I've contacted our Support team so they provide you with further assistance via email. Please note that due to recent events affecting our operations there might be a delay in their reply, but they'll get in touch with you soon.

I'll be around if you need anything else.

I have brought fitbit versa 2 one month back, later on I purchased screen guard to protect screen of my new watch. While installing on screen it's screen get pressed no of times and it badly affected by locking screen with appearing massage 'unlock screen with your phone'. There for I used fitbit app for opening of my blocked screen but unfortunately I make blunder mistake. I deleted versa 2 iteam from my installed fitbit app. Now to open screen or instal versa 2 in fitbit app, it should require code which appears on watch but due to blockage of screen I couldn't get it. So please help me to unlock screen of my versa 2.
Thanking you.

So your watch told you to unlock with the phone.

This is a simple, at most, a 30 second process.

However removing the Versa will prevent this from happening, we will have to do a factory reset.

Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.

When the Fitbit logo disappears:

Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).

Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

Hi @aebelapur. Welcome! It's great to have a new face around. @Rich_Laue, thanks for your big help!

Thanks for the information provided and for your efforts while trying to set it up again to your account. As you may know, the process to unlock your watch requires to have it paired and syncing with the Fitbit app. Because that's not the case, I'd recommend to give a try to the tips suggested by @Rich_Laue above and let me know the outcome so I can continue helping you with this matter.

By the way, I've moved your post to this thread so we can keep our forums organized.

See you around.
