My versa2 has been locked by another person can it be unlocked

Yes, your device can be unlocked pretty easily! As the first step, please make sure to not remove the device from the app. Finally, to get the device unlocked please follow the steps described here: 

To unlock your device with your phone:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today > tab Devices  EstuardoFitbit_0-1735502240772.png > your device.
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to reset your PIN code.
