How to unlock my Versa when it was remove from the account?

Trying new band

hit too many buttons

my versa is locked

disconnected frim phone

app deleted.

 

Unable to factory reset locked versa

only way to unlock versa is with phone

but versa cannt be set up when locked.

 

Phone attempts to pair

but cannit see pairing code

because locked message appears.

 

How to factiry reset locked versa?

Congrats on your new Fitbit Versa. Thanks for trying to perform the factory reset and for troubleshooting the Fitbit app. It is not possible to perform the factory reset once Fitbit Versa was removed from the account. In this case, I've requested to our support team to create a case on your behalf. They will be glad to give you hand with that. You should soon receive an email from customer support at the email you used to register with the Community Forums.

Hi, what was the outcome with this situation? I have the same problem, meant to click on remove fit bit pay but instead remove device! V frustrating...

The shop I bought it from no longer sell them either so I can't take it back and ask them 🙈

I am Still locked out!!!
I tried Support suggestions
Wipe by holding buttons
Waste of time /fail
Got sore fingers because I tried so many times
You would think these bozos would actually try to apply their method before suggesting it to a customer

I can’t find a system wipe using buttons
Sounds like many have tried
All have failed
