Hi I was just syncing my phone when my son locked it and I don't know what to do? I can't unlock it and I can't sync it! Help!

When you say not synced, are you saying the tracker was removed from your Fitbit account?

I've bought a second hand one and I was just about to set up the account and my little boy locked my watch I have no way of unlocking it!  Can you help?

I set up my account and then went to set it up with the watch to add the 4 digets the watch was locked. I haven't got the versa 2 set up as a device on my account if that makes sense. Can I talk to to someone about it?
