So, I just got my fitbit versa a couple days ago..
Does anyone know how to update/sync apps and watchfaces using wifi?
Are there any indicators on the watch or iOS app?
I am able to connect to a wifi but it seems to disconnect almost immediately whenever I leave the Wi-Fi Setup page (in iOS app) in attempt to trigger the app sync
The reason I am asking is because the fitbit coach app is stuck at updating for the past 2 days...
I read somewhere that certain apps require wifi connection to install/update
Also, I tried keeping the watch connected to the charger when attempting this...
Any help is appreciated.

Hey @awesomeinred, it is great to see new members around! If you'd like to know how to connect your Versa with a Wi-Fi network to update it and download apps to it, please take a look at the instructions in this help article: How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?
Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

Okay, so I think i managed to figure out the Wi-Fi connection and install some apps but the Fitbit Coach App is still stuck (as in attempting to install to the watch and fails) everytime during a sync.. I notice the watch and my phone battery drains significantly when that happens.. I cannot cancel or stop the install too.. the only way I can prevent the sync from draining my device batteries is to delay the app install when prompted from the phone app 😞

Once your Versa is set up, you can use bluetooth to change watchface and Apps. You do need wifi for music loading though.
