Hi
I got a versa yesterday. The Bluetooth was working fine but I wanted to connect the Versa (classic) so I could control the music on my phone from my watch. However, I couldn't see the Versa (classic) option so I disconnected the other Versa Bluetooth. After this the Versa (classic) option was available however, once iIhad connected to that one I then could not find the other Versa Bluetooth option and my tracker continued to say that I needed to connect to the Bluetooth classic in settings. What is the problem?

You are right on point with the Versa Classic connection, I could not figure out why all of a sudden the vibration now works.. connected to Versa Classic. I have the new Galaxy S10 and just almost gave up...

Hi, I have the same problem as @SunsetRunner . Did the same steps as him/her and then had to factory reset the versa so my phone could find it again. Notifications work, sync works, Bluetooth is connected to versa, not versa classic. But there are no music controls from the settings screen. It says pair phone under Bluetooth in settings app.
Long story short, haven't been able to control music from versa, and too tired to do the whole factory reset thing again. Any solutions?

@MarcoGFitbit my device stopped syncing after I selected the versa classic and my phone wasn't able to find versa from within the app. I was able to control music but everything else stopped syncing

Hello there.
A few things have changed since I made that post. Turn off your blue tooth and then pair both Versa AND Versa classic on your phone .. Then go to the Samsung Smart Things app and pair both Versa and Versa Classic under other devices. When you see the Smart Things app running in the background from the slide down notifications things should be in working order.. Also press and hold down the button on the left side of the watch to make sure notifications are on..

I need my phone to always connect to fitbit classic which is not happening.
I have to do all the process when i need to use music player.
Open phone Bluetooth select divce simultaneously open Bluetooth in watch select pair option then connect .
If done that too it only last connection for a while only .
And this is really a great disappointment.
My pebble could communicate better than fitbit .
Is their any solution for the problem

My versa 2 is paired with my phone (not classic) but when I hold the button for 2 secs it assumes I want to set up Wallet.

Hi! Since this morning my Fitbit versa 2 is not syncing and I can’t even find it on my phone (iPhone 7) on the Bluetooth list. I already did all the steps that I found in one of your post

Hi. On your Fitbit watch go to Settings -> Bluetooth. Under "Restore Music Controls" select Pair. Then on your phone go to Bluetooth and you should see now a Versa 2 (or whatever you have) classic device. Connect to that. I have 2 Versa 2 connections now on my phone: Versa 2 and Versa 2 Classic. Now play a song on your phone using the preferred app and open on the watch the media controls. You should be able to control now the media using your watch. Hopefully this helps
