How to use my Versa 2 and iPhone at the same time?

When I go for a bike ride, I have my Versa2 on my wrist, and my iPhone on the bike. Do I really have to start both at the same time? If I start with the iPhone, my Versa will not synchronize the heart rate. If I start with the Versa the iPhone app does not start automatically.

So what I have done so far is starting both at the same time then after finishing my ride, I delete the iPhone ride because the heart rate is only on the watch..

Anyone know how to sync the watch and IOS app?

Hi @lifeoflyle, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

Regarding your question about how to synchronize your Versa with your iPhone, I recommend using the GPS feature for your biking activities. This way, you'll be able to get your route, distance, heart-rate zones, and pace information on your Fitbit app after you finish the activity.

Please check out this help article, which explains how to use the GPS feature on your Fitbit device.

Let me know how it goes.
