this seems to happen frequently where CL is high and Readiness is low or moderate. Im not sure which guideline to follow. Do i follow CL workout and risk injury because my body wasnt ready? Or do i go light and get the message i'm under training and need to pick it up more? I realize the scores come from 2 different specs, but when choosing a workout, this can be a confusing message.
