How to work out when cardio load goal is high? But daily readiness is low or moderate??

1000014198.jpgthis seems to happen frequently where CL is high and Readiness is low or moderate.  Im not sure which guideline to follow. Do i follow CL workout and risk injury because my body wasnt ready? Or do i go light and get the message i'm under training and need to pick it up more? I realize the scores come from 2 different specs, but when choosing a workout, this can be a confusing message.
