Hi there @TommyRayRay, thank you for joining to the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response and I'm seeing you have some questions about the functionality of your Fitbit Versa.

In order top get access to the clock faces: Open the Fitbit app and tap or click the Account iconTap on your Device image > Clock Faces > Pick a New Clock.
Note that to update the clock face on your watch, you cannot have more than 38 apps installed.

To get alerts, I believe you refer to call/text/calendar notifications. In this case this help article will give you all the necessary information to enable this feature: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Now something important to mention is that the LG V10 is not listed among our Compatible devices list. In these instances, some features may fail since the app is not optimized to work with the device in questions. However this is not an statement the app won't work. This means that we have not tested it for compatibility and added it to the list yet. If these experiences are present, as a workaround I suggest to use a computer in the meantime while we work on this.
