I'm starting to get really frustrated now with my versa as the notifications simply don't work at all. I keep getting a message on the app on my phone;
"Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker."
I've tried all the suggestions to fix this problem - restart phone (obviously), restart tracker (it then worked for about 10 minutes before stopping again), cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled the app. I don't know what else to try. Can anyone help with this issue?

I too am using a p10 and have the same problem. I have followed every trouble shooting guide from restarting phone to deleting app and reinstalling. It worked for ten minutes then keep asking to restart as cannot push notifications through. I have had watch since 3pm yesterday and must have restarted my phone 50 times already but still not working
Super disappointing and will be returning device.

unfortunately these Huawei phones are not on the Supported Devices List - bluetooth is basically incompatable with Fitbits so if you can get them to work at all you are doing well. I doubt you will get them working fully. Sorry.

I was doing something stupid. I left the conversation open on my phone so it was disappearing. All set now.
