Hi there, 

 

So I recently upgraded from the iPhone 6S Plus to the Huawei P30 Pro - My phone and watch are paired through Bluetooth, however the music controls are not working. It says that I need to 'Pair phone using settings app, under Bluetooth' however it is already? I didn't have this issue with my iPhone.

@AyeJarinda List compatible devices.  https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315  Huawei P30 Pro is not listed as being compatible or not with FitBit.  Contact support & ask them if it is: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs
