Hi, my device has the 9.0 android version so I thought it wod sync my notifications. I am not sure what is wrong with it.

@Rokinley Your phone is not on the supported devices list but perhaps you can make it work. Take a look at this help article. As described make sure Fitbit mobile app is not being optimized by Android, then reboot both phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears).
