I have a new phone a huawei p20 pro and I try a lot of times to synchronize but it stucks here.

 

Is it real Huawei doesn't work with fitbit? Please can someone help me? Screenshot_20190118-201411.jpg

Some of the Huawei lite phones dont work with Fitbits at all, some work and some dont or work partially. That model is not on the Supported Devices List but that doesnt mean it wont work. BUT many of the Huawei phones do seem to have problems with fitbits. Have a look at THIS Help Article on Set up issues and see if anything there helps you.
