My husband doesn't have a fitbit but he wanted to try it to monitor his sleep. It says it couldn't track his sleep correctly as it couldn't get a consistent heart rate???? Anyone else had this ???

The Versa should be snug, not tight or too loose, on his arm.

Does he have tattoos in the area where the Versa sits?  Dark ink can interfere with the heart rate reading.

Return it.. and go buy another kind of watch

The Versa is not consistant and Fitbit refuse to give an update to tell us if it will be fixed with software or if it is a hardware issue

there is dozens of thread if you search..
