I. Have. Tried. EVERYTHING! Still no texts!

Ok, first things first, I LOVE my Versa, it’s an absolute game changer. 
HOWEVER

about a week or so ago, a text couldn’t be cleared and I stopped receiving texts notifications. 
I get the calendar

I get calls

But NO texts. I have tried what seems like everything: “forget device” and reinstall, delete and reinstall app, notification settings on my iPhone, checking the Bluetooth share button...

I hear this is an ongoing bug, but ANY guidance would be so appreciated, I just feel like I’m reading in circles with no change.

Hi @Jujube289  @RebelScum  Anyone with an iPhone, please read the bright pink banner at the top of the forum page. There is a known issue since the iOS update

I’m in the same boat as you. My calls and calendar come through but no text notifications. Hopefully they fix this soon.

Yes, I have tried several times using thee troubleshooting steps, which is why I made this post because I just can't get it to work despite following EVERY step.

I've tried restarting, uninstalling, by Bluetooth is sharing, my notifications are on, all of it.

I can get all other notifications but texts and i'm really disappointed (and a little frustrated).

***UPDATE***

Lo and behold- when I turned on "Message Preview" I got my texts. However, I am NOT ok compromising my privacy in order to get my notifications!!!

HOPEFULLY Fitbit can correct this because i am not ok with people reading my texts 😞
