I Lost 4,600 Steps on my Versa 2 After Syncing, Help!

Hi, 

Don't know what happened , but I had 4,600+ steps on my Versa 2 much earlier in the day Thursday, just to lose them ALL after I went to sync my fitbit on my App- it then went to ZERO steps, on both my fitbit itself and on the app- I have an Android 10 system if that helps - I tried chatting with an associate on the Fitbit App, they said the App was "having issues" and to check again later- well, I tried that, and tried syncing again as instructed- still didn't return my lost steps! Has anyone else had this issue? Only reason I synced my fitbit was due to the watch not working properly, which I was able to fix that particular issue later. Any help on retrieving my lost steps greatly appreciated!!
