Hey guys,
I accidentally blocked my Versa, trying to change the code. I tried to reset the password but it woudln't work.My phone app was giving an error. So, I thought I should remove my fitbit device from the App in order to add it again. Well this didn't worked either because my Versa won't show me the code, to add it in the app, because it's blocked. What can I do in order to reset it?

Once a fitbit has been disconnected from the app, it's not possible to reset the PIN and it will be necessary to factory reset the device and then set it up again. The problem with that is you can't get to the factory reset option because it's locked - Catch 22!
There is a complicated way to reset it using just the buttons but this is best done with the help of customer support so I suggest contacting them via contact.fitbit.com

I'm having the exact same problem!!! Another problem is, due to covid I can't get in touch with Fitbit!!!! Tried to message on Twitter & Instagram but no replies.

They seem to have suspended email contact, the best way to get them seems to be by phone or web chat.
