I accidentally dropped my Versa.

Hi!

About 40 minutes ago, I dropped my Versa from about 4 feet. The screen isn't cracked or anything but it won't turn on, also the green lights from the sensors are off. I have tried reseting it (with both the normal and the factory method) and nothing...

Does this mean that it won't work again ever? It seems a little harsh since there is no external damage and the fall wasn't that high.

My Fitbit was a present from my boyfriend so any suggestions would be great!

Thanks in advanced!

🙂

This just happened to me not even 40 mins ago.  I accidently dropped it off my bed and now the screen is frozen.

Unfortunately there is nothing more you can do. It wont be covered under waranty unless you purchased the extra protection one.

I ended up using the live chat option and they got me a replacement! I live in Mexico and didn't buy the extended warranty so I suggest you try this option 🙂

Exactly the same for me - it doesn't have any damage signs after a drop, but is just dead. No sensor lights flashing, nothing. And no restart response 😞 Extremely fragile device 😞

Bought Garmin now.
