I’m torn! I’ve been a consumer of Fitbit products since 2015. I enjoy their app and I’ve stuck with them because of their excellent customer service. The problem is every product I’ve purchased needed to be replaced at least once (sometimes twice and it’s not from abuse): Charge HR, Charge 2, and now my Versa. They have been EXCEPTIONAL with this, but I’ve never had a product last over a year and a half. My replacement Versa crapped out on me after a pool swim yesterday. Do I stay with Fitbit? The pending acquisition by Google has me worried too for several reasons. What a conundrum! I'm seriously thinking about going Garmin. Anyone else frustrated with product longevity?
